I have been a client for over 20 years! Paula’s is the best and Albana will be great as the new owner. Best part is that Paula will be staying on so nothing is changing! I highly recommend this salon. Albana is my stylist and Nikki is the best for nails.

First time here and I was referred to by a close friend to try Kevin and his wonderful work. My haircut and color has never looked better and I have been to many stylists over the years here in Boston, NYC and Saratoga NY. He takes his time, he asks tons of great questions to find out what you like and want. I think it is a very rare to find a Hairdresser who can both cut hair and deliver the best color for you and Kevin exceeded my expectations! And the service and kindness was so nice! Thank you! They were very accomodating and were able to get me an appointment for a wash, cut, blow dry and eyebrow wax right away (45minutes after I called to be exact)!! My stylist, Albana, was exceptional! She was friendly, professional and truly listened to what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the service I recieved. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I had Annie for service for the first time to this salon. Great customer service. She made me feel comfortable. I didn't get the usual water-splashing-in-my-face while washing my hair. Annie asked what I wanted before even doing anything. And she actually just trimmed my hair like I requested. Most places will chop off 2" when I say "trim." Thank you, Annie and staff.

I always see Kevin and he is an amazing hair stylist. I have a long bob and i love it. I have really thick hair and whatever he did with layers and the cut has made it so easy for me to keep up the style. Not every stylist can handle the thick hair with the bob look. My best friend Barbara and I make appointments every 6 weeks or so with Filomenia. We still don't know how she puts up with both of us but she does. My hair comes out just the way I like it. Filomenia comes up with suggestions which I always try because she IS the professional. There is not one person that works at Paulas that we don't enjoy. The most helpful, friendly people. Today I had originally come in to talk to someone about coloring my hair, thinking that I'd have to make an appointment for some other day. I was surprised when the receptionist gave me a same day appointment. It had been a VERY long time since I had my hair cut & it was my first time getting it professionally colored. I was finally getting to use a gift card given to me for mother's day. I saw Rosalie, she listened patiently to what I wanted and did a great job in delivering it. I felt very welcome. The staff was very warm & friendly. I'd definitely return.

I just left my first appt at Paula's and although it "just a brow wax", I was very pleased with it! Ann was very friendly and took the time to make sure my eyebrows looked perfect! I didn't get any of the stuffiness that you sometimes get at salons. I do have a hair appt tomorrow that I'm even more excited about now after my experience today.

I've always booked appointments months in advance for when I'd be home for Thanksgiving or winter breaks. It really is the best around. Even though I'm moving back to Boston come September, I'll still make the trip to Beverly to get my hair done. It beats any city salon I've tried (and the prices definitely do too).
